I spent more than 20 years in accounting and finance before moving into real estate and business brokerage — including a Deloitte audit background, CFO-level leadership roles, and acquisition-related finance work across public and private companies. That's still the habit I bring to every deal: real numbers, clear documentation, no games.

Today that background shows up in three places. I founded Main Street Exit Partners, a preparation-first business brokerage for owner-led companies in Greater Cincinnati — the idea being that most business sales are shaped long before the first buyer conversation, so the work starts with exit readiness, not a listing. I'm also a licensed real estate agent in Ohio, affiliated with eXp Commercial, where I focus specifically on small-bay industrial and contractor-garage real estate. And separately, I buy real estate and notes directly for my own account through Gold Medal Land.

Three different pursuits, one underlying approach: understand the numbers and give people a straight answer instead of a sales pitch.
