Grady M. Collins, CPA

I studied accounting at the Ohio State University. I initially learned to read a business while auditing at Deloitte, where I was an audit manager. I then spent years in financial leadership roles. That work included designing systems, processes, and controls; overseeing accounting and finance teams; working with auditors, attorneys, bankers, and other professionals; and mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through integration. I read a business the way a buyer's advisors will.

Today I put that background to work in a few ways. I founded Main Street Exit Partners, a preparation-first business brokerage for owner-led companies in Greater Cincinnati. Most business sales are shaped long before the first buyer conversation, so the work starts with exit readiness, well before any listing. I'm also a licensed real estate salesperson in Ohio, affiliated with eXp Commercial, where I work primarily with owners of industrial buildings. Separately, I buy unwanted real estate and private notes directly for my own account through Gold Medal Land.
